Synopsis

Private investigator Gokuu Fuurinji is well-acquainted with Tokyo's underbelly. When he notices that every detective investigating arms dealer Genji Hakuryu has died under suspicious circumstances, Gokuu knows he is the only man for the job. Discovering the existence of modified humans with strange powers, Gokuu almost falls victim to an assassin's hypnotic suggestions.
